Cookie Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026
Last updated: February 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Claribrix (Doclarity.ai) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website (the “Website”) and, where applicable, within the Doclarity.ai Service (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and SDK identifiers. These help websites function, remember preferences, and measure usage.

Where we use cookies
A) Marketing Website (doclarity.ai)

We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies (required for the website to work and to store your cookie preferences).
  • Analytics cookies (only if you consent where required): Google Analytics.

We do not intentionally use advertising cookies for targeted ads on the Website unless explicitly stated in the cookie banner.

B) Doclarity.ai Service (app/platform)

The Service is operated on self-hosted, isolated infrastructure.

  • The Service may use strictly necessary cookies (e.g., session/authentication, security, load balancing).
  • The Service does not use Google Analytics for processing Customer Content.
Cookie categories we use
1) Strictly Necessary (Always On)

These cookies are required to:

  • keep you logged in / maintain sessions,
  • prevent fraud and abuse,
  • balance traffic / keep the site stable,
  • remember your cookie consent choices.

You cannot disable these in our banner because the website/service may not function correctly without them.

2) Preferences (Optional)

If enabled, these remember your settings (e.g., language). This category may be empty depending on your configuration.

3) Analytics (Optional)

If enabled (and where required, only after consent), Google Analytics helps us understand:

  • pages visited and navigation,
  • approximate location (derived from IP),
  • device/browser type,
  • interactions and performance.

We use this to improve the Website, not to identify you directly.

4) Marketing (Not used by default)

We do not use marketing cookies for cross-site targeted advertising by default. If we ever add them, we will disclose them in the cookie banner and request consent where required.

Your choices (banner-aligned)
Cookie banner / preference center

You can manage your choices at any time via:

  • Cookie Settings link in the website footer: [COOKIE_SETTINGS_URL]
  • or by reopening the cookie banner (if available).
Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. This may affect functionality.

Google Analytics opt-out

You can also limit Google Analytics by:

  • declining analytics cookies in our banner, and/or
  • using Google’s browser add-on (if you choose), and/or
  • enabling privacy controls in your browser.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where legally required, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) as an opt-out of certain data “sharing” activities related to analytics/online identifiers.

Cookie list

Because cookie names can change depending on configuration, we list categories in the banner and keep details in the preference center. Typical examples include:

  • Consent cookie (stores your cookie preferences)
  • Session/auth cookies (login/session integrity)
  • Google Analytics cookies (e.g., _ga, _gid, etc. — if analytics is enabled)
Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in cookies or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
